Pismo Beach
The famed Pismo Beach is located half way between Los Angeles and San Francisco and still has the classic California coast appeal that it did in the fifty’s. The coastline is natural and not filled with high rise condo’s. It’s perfect for a one night getaway or an entire vacation because you will not run out of things to do in the Pismo Beach area. The coast beaches range from wide white sand to rocky outlets with tide pools. Pismo Beach is close to two major attractions: Hearst Castle, just to the north of us, and the lovely Danish community of Solvang, to the south. Now, it’s about an hour’s drive to Michael Jackson’s Neverland. We have in the area clam digging, sports fishing, golfing, bicycling, tennis, horseback riding on the beach, scuba diving, bowling, and walking or driving on the 23 miles of gorgeous beaches. You can explore tide pools, coves and many caves located just below the cliffs. ATV’s and Dune buggies can be rented so you can challenge the Pismo Sand Dunes.

Ocean Breeze Inn
Generations of customers for over 40 years have enjoyed the relaxing family atmosphere of the Ocean Breeze Inn (formerly Surf Motel). Customers frequently tell us, “I came here when I was a little kid and now I bring my kids here… or “I celebrated my 16th birthday here, 21st, got married here, and celebrated our anniversaries here…” Just a half-block away are the unique Art Galleries, Boutiques, Surf Shops, Soda Fountains and Restaurants and Our Famous Off-the-Pier Fishing!

Our incredible location, less than a block from the Pacific Ocean at Pismo Beach offers you the convenience of walking to the beach with your chairs and beach blankets without having to worry about parking near the beach. Our smoke-free location, with great ocean views and ocean sounds, and the indoor heated pool is matched by our comfortable and friendly environment. Enjoy a day at the beach and create memories that will last a lifetime.

This beach style motel is great for guests who respect other guests by being quiet after 11 p.m., guests whose children will NOT skateboard or throw football in the parking lot or run around the motel hallways, guests who do NOT have a trailer or an extra long car / pick up / suv, and for guests who do not smoke in the rooms or try to sneak in a pet or additional guests. This motel is NOT for guests who expect "5 Star" lodging, but are unwilling to pay the"5 Star" price and unwilling to follow the "5 Star" hotel policies.

Accommodations
Relax in our comfortable guest rooms featuring cable television, comfortable mattresses, free wireless internet access, complimentary local calls and the ever changing free sounds from the Pacific Ocean. Most of our rooms on the 2nd floor offer partial ocean views. Also, enjoy one of the very few indoor heated pools in the Pismo area. We also have suites with 2 bedrooms and kitchenette for convenience of extended stay for a few nights or would like separate bedrooms for their family members.

Ocean Breeze Inn is within easy walking distance to several unique and exciting local restaurants featuring outstanding Italian, American and Mexican regional cooking which appeals to residents and visitors alike. Located across from us is the famous Splash Café. Adjacent to us is Brad’s, and just a block behind us is Mo’s award winning Bar-b-Que, Harry’s Night Club and Bar offering live music, Pismo Beach Pier Café offering beautiful ocean front views outdoor patio seating, Hot Shot Billiard’s, Pismo Pasta, Cracked Crab, Guesseppie’s, and Rosa’s.

Meetings & Events:
